Relax with Jin Shin Jyutsu
Experience Jin Shin Jyutsu’s power of transformation – turn the tension and negative attitudes into peace and tranquility. Self-Help 100 is an eight-week class meeting once a week. Participants are not required to have any prior knowledge of Jin Shin Jyutsu.
Each class lasts 1.5 hours and includes a brief check-in, time for Q&A, and the experience of 2-3 Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help adjustment sequences.
What You Need
Your two hands and a set of blank cards. Here are two sets that work nicely: (a) a small set of blank cards that work well with a pencil and (b) a large-sized set to use with a pen but you will have to wait for the ink to dry off.
