Relax with Jin Shin Jyutsu
Experience Jin Shin Jyutsu’s power of transformation – turn the tension and negative attitudes into peace and tranquility. Self-Help 200 is an eight-week class meeting once a week.
Each class lasts 1.5 hours and includes a brief check-in, time for Q&A, and the experience of 1-2 Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help adjustment sequences.
What You Need
Familiarity with pulse listening, the Trinity Flows, the Energetic Depths, the 26 Safety Energy Locks and the 12-fold Body Energy.
This is an open-format class and the topics and which JSJ sequences we’ll experience will be determined by the students. In each class, we will select individually tailored JSJ flows for one or two of the participants, and we will experience their harmonizing effect on oneself.
